RICE:
All rice side dishes are $7.50 per pound we recommend one pound for every 6 servings
Curry Almond Rice: basmati rice with curry spices, toasted almonds, scallions and butter.
Coconut Rice: basmati rice with toasted coconut, golden raisins, toasted almonds and ginger.
Wild Rice Salad: wild rice tossed with cherry tomatoes, black olives, hot banana peppers, sliced almonds, sweetened dried cranberries, dried apricots and cilantro vinaigrette.
Citrus Basmati Rice: white basmati rice tossed with fresh lemon and orange zest, scallions and parsley.
Brown Rice Pilaf: with Sautéed Mushrooms, Celery, Carrots, Onions and Pine Nuts
Dirty Rice: Brown rice tossed with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, scallions, coriander and cumin seasoning topped with cheddar cheese.
